Olayinka who holds a Master degree in Marketing, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), joined Communication and Marketing Research Group Ltd. in February 2003 as a Field Supervisor. He garnered experience in Operation/Field, TEC/Coding and Executive department. he rose steadily through the ranks to Associate Account Manager during his stay at the company.

He has more than 13 years of experience in Market Research mapping business requirements, project management, streamlining and coordinating in developing business strategies and implementing the process inline with pre-set guidelines.

He has controlled and participated in several commissioned national and tracking studies such as Bcubed (Coca-Cola), Brand Health Tracker (BHT), General Consumer Study, GCS (British American Tobacco), General Telecoms Survey, GTS, ABT (Guinness), Brand health Monitor, BHM (Nigerian Breweries Plc) amongst others.

Olayinka has participated in several professional market research seminars, workshops and courses in Nigeria within the past years.

Since 2015 when he joined Market Concept Decision Support as the Business Head, he has been responsible for building strong partner relationships with clients, one of which is BBC Media to mention a few.

MOHAMMED GARBA

A graduate of Business Administration, He is a Consumer Insight Consultant with over 15 years of industry experience as a Market Researcher, executing both technical and commercial functions with proven ability to manage teams to provide business solutions.

Prior to co – founding Market Concept Decision Support, he started his career in Research as a Field Team Leader at Communication and Marketing Research Group Ltd in 2005, and rose to the position of Operation Manager in 2013 where he was in charge of Project Design, Communicating new product developments to clients, Data Collection, Monitoring of performance, Quality Standard and Data Delivery for Social and Market Research Projects.

With nearly a decade experience in the Marketing and Social Research industry, his inputs have been instrumental to the successful launch of some of ‘today’s’ leading brands.

He has conducted diverse studies spanning a broad spectrum of brands both locally and internationally, such as Unilever, Airtel, Insights Communications, MTN, Grand Oak, Promasidor, Guinness Nigeria PLC,
BBC Media Action, etc. 

Garba is currently the Operation Director at Market Concept Decision Support.

YEMISI AKINRINDE

Yemisi a graduate of Bayero University Kano, She is an Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the market research industry. Skilled in Customer Insight, Customer Service, Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Management, and Microsoft Suite Proficiency. Strong program and project management professional.

Her experience covers a wide range of research needs including branding, comms testing, new product development, business analysis, market & competitive intelligence, Satisfaction studies U&A and customer satisfaction. She is a Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.

She enjoys learning new tasks and taking on challenges. Although her job entails a great deal of interpreting
data, delivering high standard insights to clients through strategic thinking, delivered through latest infographics and data visualization.

Yemisi has over 2 years of experience managing multi-country market research projects, coordinating with multi country teams to conduct research studies smoothly to utmost client satisfaction. Practitioner aiming to leverage considerable experience and efficiency expertise into project manager role.

IFEH O. EZEKIEL

Data Processing Manager

He is a graduate of Computer Science, he has gained wide experience of 112 years from several Research and field agencies, which include Research International Market Trends (MTRI) Nigeria, Communication and Market Research Group (CMRG) Nigeria Limited and Practical Sampling International (PSI).
Prior to joining Market Concept

Decision Support (MCDS), Ezekiel was the Head of Data Processing unit (Data processing Manager)
with Practical Sampling International (PSI) where he directly managed the agency’s Data processing for key clients including – ORB International, CIDE, IFES, Malaria-Care, US Department of state, Spectranet, Lagos State Government where he has single handed managed the team that support Lagos
Bureau of Statistics (LBS) for the past (3) three years on Household Survey.

He has also supported many research agencies, in small, medium and large sized business environments by designing and implementing communication strategies; and also coordinating result-oriented teams nationwide.

He possesses sound knowledge of software engineering principles and has proficiently worked on many computer application packages, viz: SPSS, QPS, Epi Info, Oracles, Microsoft Office tools, ACESS Programming, C++, Visual Basic 6.0, Java, and JavaScript or VBScript, ActiveX, UML, ASP, XML, DHTML, CGI, Front Page, Corel Packages and Photoshop, COM, SQL server 7.0, Linux operation system.

Ezekiel is currently the Data Processing Manager at Market Concept Decision Support.

TOKOSI IDRIS

Operation Manager

Idris Tokosi a graduate of Statistics, he his an excellence practitioner who uses Quantitative and
Qualitative as a strategic consultative tool. In the quest for more knowledge in Research, he joined
Communication and Marketing Research Group in 2003 as a Field Supervisor working in the
Quantitative department. He later diversify by joining an Oil and Gas Firm P&I Oil as the Marketing Manager in 2008.

He ventured back to Research 2010 when he joined Glopath and Partners as the head of Quality Control, where he moved to Green Images Limited, an independent marketing research Agency as Operation Manager in 2014.

Prior to joining Market Concept Decision Support (MCDS), Idris was the West African Region Operation Manager with Field Africa (SA), where he was directly responsible for the complete management of business, with
direct responsibility managing client relationships and projects and building a strong quantitative and qualitative team.

This role encompasses covering strategic planning, talent management, and delivery of financial targets.

Idris has vast experience working in countries across East, West and Central Africa, serving major client including BAT, Unilever, Nestle, Safaricom, Airtel, GSK, Vodacom, Diageo, Heineken, Coca cola, SAB, Barclay, Milward Brown, PSI, Mckinsey & company.

His wealth of experience is invaluable to MCDS. Idris is currently the Operation Manager at Market Concept Decision Support.

JOHNSON ARIYO

Project Manager

Johnson has over 14 years of research experience of which 10 years have been in project management and implementation, team management, people management, and client management. A key part of dashboard meetings with other senior management staff that fine-tune organization growth and development on a regular basis.

He possesses analytical skills and ability to apply appropriate research methodology in carrying out research projects that have led to a rapid growth in the research industry. He is Versatile in most areas of project management and execution to clients’ desire over the years.

Interaction with clients both at local and international levels to help business development and decision making. Formulation of hypothesis and generation of meaningful insights. Has coordinated several projects and lead teams of researchers in both urban cities and rural communities in almost every state in Nigeria, including government agencies, private companies, NGOs, and individuals.

Has lead teams of researchers in Cameroon, Kenya and Burundi. He is an xpert in designing appropriate research methodology based on research objectives and applying various multivariate analysis to solve complex research problems and proficient in the use of various statistical tools such as SPSS, STATA and Excel, and innovative in using new software.
